These terms apply to yeowenda.com, operated by Yeo Wen Da in Singapore. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Disclaimer explains the limits of the content and any future readings. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.

Current service

The site currently provides free content (guides and essays) and an email contact route. No paid reading, purchase, waitlist place, or booking is created by browsing or emailing me. A reply is not a contract.

You must use your own contact details and accurate information if you write to me. Do not send another person's personal information without an expressly agreed arrangement.

Website content and permitted use

Unless otherwise credited, the site's original guides, essays, images and copy belong to Yeo Wen Da. You may read them and share links. Except where permitted by law or an express licence, you need permission to republish whole articles, reproduce substantial portions, scrape the site to train a model, or present my work as your own.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, harvest other people's information, or use the service unlawfully.

Content, availability and responsibility

Content is provided for general information, reflection and discussion. Please read the Disclaimer, including that Zi Wei Dou Shu explores tendencies, not fixed outcomes, and does not replace qualified professional advice.

I aim to maintain useful, accurate content but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free information or particular results. You are responsible for assessing whether information is appropriate for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free website or from a conversation that started here. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not establish a liability cap for a future paid engagement.

Future readings and other engagements

If paid readings become available, their scope, price, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before booking or payment, with an opportunity to review and accept them. Emailing me now does not bind you to purchase anything or accept future paid-service terms.

Any AI consulting or product work will be covered by a separate written agreement addressing scope, confidentiality, intellectual property, fees and delivery.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Using this site does not itself give consent to optional marketing, public testimonials, or identifiable case studies.

Changes

I may revise these terms as the site develops. The updated date will change, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. New terms will not retroactively create a paid commitment or override choices that require separate consent.

Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. If you have a concern, please contact me so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising applicable legal rights.
